#1348 Tabs content disappears when resizing vertically.

I found this while attempting to diagnose issue #1346.

When manually resizing HeidiSQL vertically (click & hold on the bottom of
the window and move the cursor up to resize the window) the tab contents
become progressively smaller until they are completely invisible and the
space they should occupy is blank white.

It appears the speed you resize the window affects the issue. If you move
fast sometimes it "catches" and will only hide partially, if you resize
slowly you can make the contents completely disappear.

The disappearing seems to start when HeidiSQL is resized to about half of
the available window height (for my screen at least).

This affects the Host, Database and Data Tabs. Table & Query tabs are
unaffected.

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP2
HeidiSQL: [r2620]

2621 appears to still be affected by this, and it's now happening in the Query tab as
well (Host, Database, Data & Query - affected as of [r2621]).

[r2623] fixes similar stuff in the object editors (table editor, view editor and
routine editor). Should be solved now.
