What exact steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a table that has more columns and rows than that fit on your
screen (so the data tab needs to display both scrollbars)
2. Try to insert a new row. It is possible to move the yellow line to the
new row, but the row is hidden behind the horizontal scrollbar.

What was the expected output?
'Insert row' visible

What happened instead?
'Insert row' is not visible

Suggested fix (optional)?
Increase the row count for the scrollbars by one, so the insert row always
fits.

Version used?
HeidiSQL revision:    2620
MySQL Server version: N/A
Operating system:     Win XP

Monitor res 1600x1200
table has > 100 rows
table has > 10 columns

I do not believe this is caused by the scrollbar, the last record (and if you
manually move down a row the input fields) are hidden just "off screen" even when the
    scrollbar is not present.

I'm unsure screen resolution to be a factor as I resized the window from fullsize (on
my screen: 1680x1050) down to below 800x600 and the issue persisted.

Noted in issue #1346 (sorry for the repeat), resizing the window also causes a
separate problem noted in issue #1348

bas_fu, could it be you have used the filter panel to hide some rows? And, could you
    please attach a screenshot? Thanks!

I just tested some things in 2624 where it is reproducible (but with access
violations, so it is perhaps an other error), but with 2625 it seems solved. The
filter is off, as is any table sort or column show/hide option.

In 2624 I can reproduce it by pressing ctrl-end several times (data tab). HeidiSQL
informs me of two errormessages (see attach). After that I can navigate to the end of
the table and it looks like the attachment 'Cursor visible'. From that point on I can
press {arrow down} twice, both have a screenshot. With the first keypress the cursor
is off screen, with the second keypress the rows are scrolled one up.
May be this is fixed when the actual errormessages are resolved.

But that is in fact issue 1287.
