Hello,

I switched documentation building to the notmpl gtk-doc style, removing
one legacy step that we have never used anyway.

The documentation seems to build fine.  Nevertheless, as a result there
will be redundant files and directories under devel-docs now in your
working copies – and make (dist)clean will not remove them.  You can run
the equivalent of

    rm -rf devel-docs/*/tmpl*stamp devel-docs/*/template

to get rid of them.
