Translation is done through gettext and I think locale setting is global one i.e. it affects the whole Gramps. Why not just run Gramps in that case from the command line with: LANG=<relative's language> gramps ? If this is something you do often, next version of Gramps is able to generate reports based on command line options i.e. you can automate the whole report generation. E.g. put into cron a shell script that will be be executed monthly to run gramps to produce a report and then mail the report to your relatives... :-) - Eero |
