Kevin, I switched to metacity (used to be running sawfish before) and=20 immediately saw what you described. The reason was that the=20 Tools/Reports used GtkDialog instead of GtkWindow. Under metacity it=20 meant that it is always on top. It might even be the right behavior --=20 I'm not entirely sure. Anyway it should be corrected in CVS now.
