[Gramps-devel] Timeline report

I've placed a new sample of the new Timeline report on

Bruce DeGrasse recommended replacing the bar with birth and death
markers. This version implements his suggestion.

Let me know of any comments you have. This has a potential of being
included in the 0.9.0 release.
