This depends on whether you want the released source or the development
source, since each of them has its latest version :-)

The released sources are found at
   http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=3D25770
the latest being the 1.0.1 release.

The development snapshot can be downloaded from
  http://gramps.sf.net/gramps-stable-snapshot.tar.gz
and it should contain the CVS snapshot of STABLE branch, made shortly
after midnight PST (-8 hours of GMT).
