Since glade no longer allows our custom fields (eg, our UndoableEntry), there have been problems, but normally he should just leave those alone, not crash on them. It's easy to try: open up de editdate.glade, and replace all not normal Entry fields by a normal Entry (just rename all). If it then works, it's due to those fields it stops working.
