[Gramps-users] QuickView note plugin

Hi!
I'm from Sweden so please forgive me for my bad english. I'm searching for a
quickview  plugin which can show, just as the built in quickview plugins in
the context menus, show all the notes for a person also the notes which is
tied to the events in a quick list. Is it possible to show them on a
quickview for each person? I'm not a programmer so i can't write my own
plugin. Is this possible?
