[Gramps-users] Errors opening a .gpkg file

I'm trying to open a .gpkg file made on Gramps 3.4.2-1 (Windows 8) but 
it's a not working.

There are numerous errors listed.  I created a new test tree and created 
a .gpkg but the same errors occur...
