I upgraded to GRAMPS 3.4.0-1 a few days ago, but just now noticed that something appears to be wrong with the generation of new Narrated Web Pages. When I enter a new jpeg image under events, GRAMPS fails to store the file in the proper place. For image storage, I follow: name > events -> select event -> source citations -> select source -> gallery -> jpeg image Everything looks fine in GRAMPS itself. The icon picture of the image appears and the image appears in Evince when I select view with a right click after highlighting. I follow the string below to get to the jpeg image in the Narrated Web pages: Individuals Page -> Select Event -> Select Source Reference name Here I see the image title, but no image. Under" Citation References" on this same page, I see: 1. * Events o Birth + 1891-08-19 # Reidar Poverud If I click on the image title, I get the following error message in a window: Iceweasel can't find the file at /home/arl/FamilyTree/NARWEB_FULL/img/9/d/c36b4e7ea1760a5562bb2bfa6d9.html. When open my web browser in ~/FamilyTree/NARWEB_FULL/img/9/d, I see a list of old images, but the new one is not there. All the pre-upgrade jpeg images appear in the Narrated Web pages as they should. I am running GRAMPS on Aptosid Linux on an old Monarch computer with two 64 bit processors. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Alvin Larson |
