Not sure if this is a bug, or a case of me not understanding how things work, so please bear with me. I have a individual that I have added an event to, then added a source. This is a shared source, in the Reference Part of the source entry, I have added the information for date and volume/page ref. If I run a "Complete Individual" report, including source information, I get the Endnotes as I would expect, with the exception that the output only contains the information from the volume/page ref field and not the date field. Should the date field from the Reference component be contained in the output, thus being a bug. Or am I missing something much simpler. Note: this happens on all individuals and all sources. Currently running 3.2.6-1 To help put this in context. I have created a Shared Source for "Electoral Rolls". I have used the Reference part, to store which year, volume and page number. This is my ideal usage, in the past, I have created a Shared Source for each year of "Electoral Roll" which while usable, became quite unmanageable. Appreciate any feedback Cheers Mike |
