[Gramps-devel] need an opinion prior to doing the 3.2.6 release

I was hoping to do the 3.2.6 release this morning, but noticed the
gramps.pot file was out of date by 3 months.

I've committed the new one at r17356.  My question -- do translations need
to be updated, or are we good to go?
