[Gramps-devel] Any way to get an image file's resolution (dpi)?

I see that gtk.gdk is used to get an image size.  I couldn't find any
way to get the resolution that's also contained in the file (in this
case, it's specifically a PNG, but other formats also contain this
info).

I need the resolution in order to correctly apply the image cropping
information from Gramps in OpenOffice.
