I don't think that we should necessarily implement tagging for all primary objects just because we can though. Tag colours are defined in the database using the Tag Organizer. I have no plans to allow them to be configured from the Preferences dialog as well. The rows in the person views are now coloured using the tag colours rather than the marker colours.
