If I left-click on "Add Gramplet" I can then get the selected gramplet to appear on left-clicking it. What has been throwing me is that on my current system (laptop 64-bit linux MDV 2009.1) a left-click on "Add Gramplet" actually causes the pop-up menu to disappear. It turns out you have to do a *second* left-click on "Add Gramplet" to bring the menu back before a gramplet can be selected. The same thing is true for "Undelete". That either half-works or doesn't unless one double left-clicks on "Undelete". Now, finally I have "Hello World". It feels like a major achievment! Many thanks Doug |
