If you edit your ~/.gramps/gramplets.ini file, you can see more than just the top 10. If you double-click a name, you'll open a view with all of those people with the matching surnames. 2) Surname Cloud Gramplet. Shows top 100 surnames, with font size reflecting percentage. You can also change the .ini file to show more names. Double click the name to see all people. 3) Same Surname Quick View. In the Person View, right click a person, select Quick View, Same Surname. None of these are "text reports" but do show the information in a manner that makes it easy to move about the data.
