No. But GRAMPS has plenty of reports you can use to generate external images with siblings and all relatives. The reports will generate (for example) .png, .svg, or .pdf with the people and families you want. (You must install GraphViz first to take full advantage of these graphs. GRAMPS uses GraphViz to create the graphs. Otherwise you'll only have the ability to generate .gv files which aren't all that useful to most folks.) Example: Reports -> Graphs -> Relationship Graph Reports -> Graphs -> Family Lines Graph I'm more familiar with the Family Lines Graph.
