[Gramps-devel] GRAMPS 2.2.9 build for Windows

I've built a Windows installer for GRAMPS 2.2.9, temporarily here:

Not sure who all is still around (Alex?) but the tradition is for this
to be uploaded to the main SF.net site and then I'll take it off my
personal site shortly thereafter.
