I'm using GRAMPS 2.2.7-1 If I remember correctly when there was a large GraphViz plugin update (I think two years ago?), nobody volunteered to maintain that functionality so it it was dropped. I don't remember whether the problem was that it made the code significantly more complex/harder to maintain or was it just impossible to do have with the other GraphViz features.
