[Gramps-users] Using custom filter to export to a gedcom

Now that I have a working custom filter, I want to use it to make a
gedcom of the filtered database.  I start off with File, Export,
choose Gedcom then come to a screen that asks me (among other things)
about the filter to use.  However the filter I just made is not in the
list.

Shouldn't it be there?

Then, figuring that, "Hey, the db is *already* filtered, so let's just
do the gedcom." I let it run, but then it spits out the entire db in
gedcom.

Should it do that?

I guess I really don't know how to do what I want (export to gedcom a
subset of my db)
