Can I ask whether the develop team are OK? It appears no responses to Support Requests since November 2021.

    Hi, the develop team is ok, but busy with many tasks, you cannot expect a daily update on every support request. All of our developers are doing this voluntarily and without payment, therefore we are taking times, where we are less challenged by our real (payed) job, family, other hobbies, etc. I beg your understanding! Furthermore we just this week released a new version addressing some of the support requests and bug reports. Please check it out.

    Thanks Florian. I appreciate all the effort your team have been putting in.

    I only asked because it looked like it's been over 2 months since a support request was responded, but on closer examination its because just the open ones are at the top. My mistake!

    895 is causing me a lot of grief - if you could take a look at that it would be much appreciated:-)
