GO Contact Sync Mod synchronizes your Microsoft Outlook contacts with your Google Mail address book, including pictures, categories and contact notes.
It also syncs your Outlook Calendar Appointments on demand to Google Calendar. This Mod fork adds many enhancements and bug fixes to the obviously dead project 'Go Contact Sync'.
Minimum requirement for GO Contact Sync Mod is .NET 4.7.2 and Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit).

Thanks to the original developers for GO Contact Sync Mod. I use it for Outlook-to-Google contact syncing and now maintain an unofficial fork, GO Contact Sync Mod JKFix. Version 4.3.0-jkfix.8 preserves Google favorites during Outlook-to-Google updates, detects edits made immediately after syncing, improves error reporting, and adds several interface improvements. Source code, release notes, and downloads are available on GitHub under jaywking, repository go-contact-sync-mod-jkfix. This is a separate community fork. These changes focus primarily on Outlook-to-Google contacts; they do not resolve every calendar or two-way sync issue.

I'd like to give this project a higher rating but am a little disappointed in trying to get support. In short, we have been using this product since v4.1.33 without incident. It was great. We recently updated to V4.2.1, now at every sync we get notifications basically saying this is the 1st time we seen this contact (keep Outlook/Google). We get all kinds of conflicts with appointments & have checked everything - no issues on either side. We'll continue to use it, but very frustrating...
