Long time user of GCSM and found it works well. Thank you for providing this great tool.
I have just installed latest GCSM on a friend's Notebook using the same configuration as 2 other devices, but I get the following error message for multiple contacts on synchronising from Google to Outlook only:
2021-12-21 12:15:42 | Warning | Skipped GoogleContact because no unique property found (Email1 or mobile or name or company) and SyncOption GoogleToOutlookOnly: Name: {hidden by me}
The original GMail contacts were made from importing a number of CSV files created from Excel. All appear to be the same in Google Contacts.
We are all running GCSM 4.125 and Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2111 Build 16.0.14701.20240) 32-bit on Windows 10 21H2 (64-bit)
I'm sure there's more information you need but not sure what it is, so please let me know and I'll happily produce it.

This is now happening on multiple desktops - I have no idea why, I've tried a variety of combinations and about 50% of the entries in Google Contacts fail with this error when syncing to outlook.
Please can you escalate this issue for urgent investigation?

I just downloaded this. Tried to sync Google to Outlook and got the same error.
I guess I need another solution?
I have installed this app on a windows 11 computer. I am using exactly the same settings as for my Windows 10 computer with Google to Outlook only. The version on my windows 120 computer is 4.1.27 and the latest verions downloaded for my windows 11 computer was 4.1.28. The contacts will not sync and I get the error message "Skipped GoogleContact because no unique property found (Email1 or mobile or name or company) and SyncOption GoogleToOutlookOnly"
I think I have a work around. I exported Google Contacts in CSV, changed the property of the NOTES column in the CSV file to text and imported the contacts into Outlook. I then did a sync and Go Sync Mod appeared to update every contact though not sure with what as at that point the data would have been identical. I have been able to add contacts to Google and they are sync'd with Outlook so it appears to now work correctly.
You need to click "Reset Matches" and resync contacts.
Tried that - no change.
did you try with latest version? Does it still happen? If yes, can you provide us the logs?
Sorry Florian, this was a long time ago and no logs available. I don’t think my friend uses it any more.
