  I tried release 4.0.7 but the application crashes in the same way. I am

  During synchronization with google the application closes without
  completing. The last line of the log file is: 2021-06-16 09:22:17 INF
  Removing Google duplicated contacts ... (see attachment with two crashes).
  The problem is present with all 4 versions and 4.0.5 is currently installed.

Attached is the brief screen video of the interface while attempting the synchronization. At the end, the Go Mod app simply closes with no warning or error message.

I have the same problem - the program crashes after the screen shows, "Removing Google duplicated contacts", and the last line in the log file shows also shows "Removing Google duplicated contacts". I have tried every version between 4.01 and 4.09. The older version get an object error (as documented in the change log history) and the later ones get this application crash. Since Google is requiring the new API, I am not able to use GO Contact Sync Mod until this is corrected. One difference in my scenario is that I get a pop-up "Go Person Sync Mod has stopped working" with an option to "Debug" or "Close program". I'm still using Windows 7.

I have reinstalled version 3.11.16 which still seems to work fine, without any crashes.
Google obviously still gives continuity.

I'm also experiencing a crash when trying to sync. Symptoms seem to be the same - I installed version 4.0.9 and it crashes while "Removing Google duplicated contacts..."

The last few lines of the log file are:
