Hello The gnuplot is a simple graph plotting soft and does not have such multi-functionality. If I want to do this, I will write shell script and combine some softwares, gnuplot-eps terminal, ghostscript and gv. I think that is UNIXy way to do it. I'm not a UNIX user but a cygwin user on Windows and use the cygwin for realising such software combination. If you are "true" unix user, you can do it by yourself.
