Hi Jamie,

I can't remember the exact solution to this problem, because I've never used it, but it has been posted on here before (so hopefully someone will respond). It involved combining the two files outside of gnuplot, if I remember right. If your using unix/linux then theres a really simple way of doing this... I just can't remember the correct command.
