[Gnuplot-info] contact map plot

Dear gnuplot users,
I have some data in the format x,y,z . 
I should  plot these data in a graph ( contact map) like this  :
http://cus.cam.ac.uk/~pv232/test.eps.

Could you please give me somme suggestion on how to proceed.
