Simple English question.
What is 'stratety'? 
I am not good at English and I consulted dictionary and did not find it.
It might be spelling miss.

Please tell what you want say in easy Engligh.

I understand the situation.
But I think that  every devise becomes to be high resolution at present 
so that pixel numbers for dot is favabale to be changable.
