[Gnuplot-info] Problem with terminal/output

hi there!

I have a problem with the terminal png.  i set the terminal to png and the outputfile to test.png. gnuplot tells me, that png doesnt support conitnous colours. How can i fix this problem. When i set the terminal to eps than i works but i need png, gif or jpeg (at least no supportet in gnuplot 4.0)
