Font problem on Win32

Dear all,

I am new to Gnuplot. I just downloaded the 4.0 win32 version. It can plot
graphs. However, the fonts on the main GUI get messed up. I have great
difficulties figuring out what is showing on the GUI. I wonder if there is any
settings that I can change the fonts? I fail to find it on the Gnuplot menus.
