mailing list delay

Today I sent a message (subject: Re: empty data-files) to this mailing 
list from:

but:

- I can't see it in the mailing list archive
- I didn't receive the message at jac...@no...

Has the message been delivered to the mailing list?
How often is the archive updated?
What's the problem?
