[Gnuplot-info] Stacked histogram with negative values

I would like to build a rowstacked histogram. Data in each stack may =
contain
positive and negative values. I expected (like the bar chart in Excel) =
that
gnuplot stacks negative and positive values separately, but gnuplot is
somehow confused. All the demo scripts for stacked histogram only use
positive value. Any ideas or workarounds?=20
