[Gnuplot-info] comment in gnuplot

Dear,

I would like to be able to write the following:

# linestyle for error lines: thin, dash-dot, red
set style line 2     \
  linewidth 1        \ # thin
  linetype 5         \ # dash-dot
  linecolor rgb "red"  # red

For some reason GnuPlot crashes on this.

Could this be solved?
