[Gnuplot-info] `pm3d' and `scansforward'/`scansbackward'

Hi,

In GNUplot 4.2 (patch level 0), the `scansbackward' and `scansforward'
options of `pm3d' seem to be broken: when adding one of them, surfaces
are no longer colored; instead, only the grid is visible.
