[Gnuplot-info] plea for a (no)mirror argument for minor tic commands

this is a plea for a (no)mirror option for minor tic commands.

I would like to be able to write for example the following:

set y2range [-2:4]
set y2tics  -2, 1.0, 4 mirror
set my2tics 2 mirror   <====
