[Gnuplot-info] Compilation Error with current CVS HEAD

Dear all,
I tried to compile Gnuplot on Windows with VC6 compiler but had no success.
I receive a linker error that print_table and print_3dtable cannot be
resolved. I realised these are in tabulate.{c/h}. The reason seems to be
that these files did not populate into the build system at all (I found no
reference in gnuplot.opt, makefile.msw etc...). Are these functions
obsolete? Otherwise: What do I have to change (where to add a reference
accordingly) to making it work again?
