[Gnuplot-info] Change the color in gnuplot version 4.0

Hello together,

It is maybe a stupid question. But how can I change the color in my plots.
I know how to change the line- and surface style ( splot f(x,y) with lines
title "Density distribution f(x,y)") 
I think a red colored mesh net for a 3D surface doesn't look very nice.
