[Gnuplot-info] (no subject)

Dear Sir,
I have gnuplot  Version 3.7 in my linux machine. From the gnuplot
start screen, it tells me:
jjy2@opuntia 8>gnuplot

Would you tell me how I can upgrade it from gnuplot3.7 to gnuplot4.0
  for this machine? Do I have to delete gnuplot3.7 first before I
install gnuplot4.0? and where I can download gnuplot4.0 for this
machine?
