Doing _what_, exactly?  I think you've completely confused not just me, 
but yourself, by now.

Forget about the document, and think about the plots by themselvs.  What 
do you want: coloured plots, or b&w ones?  If b&w, how do you suppose a 
reader will be able to tell apart the curves for different datasets in 
the same plot?  Why is

	set term postscript eps enh mono dashed

_not_ what you want?
