Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, "set size ratio -1" only keeps the scales of x and z for a 3D plot (length and height), but not the y-axis (width). If there is indeed no technique to make an isometric graph with gnuplot, I'll have to use Matlab or other visualization software for this application then...
