plotting circles

Hello!

I am trying to draw circles arount points and I
cannot!
I am thinking about parametric functions like 
f(x) = sqrt(1-x**2) and g(x)=-sqrt(1-x**2)
and then to use "filledcurves  closed" but it's not
working.
Do you can help me?
