Enhanced text for aquaterm

Hi,
Just FYI I have added enhanced text support (sans overprint) for 
aquaterm, also added doc and ChangeLog entry.

In case anyone would like to check it out, you need a recent CVS 
version of AquaTerm. It _will_ work with the current release, but some 
features are missing.
