[Gnuplot-info] Invoking gnuplot from web browser...

Hello,
 
 I am using gnuplot for first time.
 
 My requirement is to display a Dynamic graph displaying monitored Traffic throughput or CPU Performance for example.
 
 I wish to learn, is it possible that web server streams some data (X,Y)
 and web browser invoke gnuplot to display this dynamic data 
 either in new xtern/window/or portion of same html page.
 
 I came across this site:

 Is there more similar documents ? I have few doubts and could not get result
  as per this site.
 
 Is this feature available in current release ?
