Currently I am doing using these two data files "output1.dat" and "output2.dat" . Just by loading hole.dem you ca get mesh with hole. But I want to do this thing with single data set for this purpose. I have tried using undefined value; point mentioned in gnuplot.pdf on page 44 that gnuplot tool supresses those points whose z-cordinate value is undefined (1/0). But it didn't turned out so and I have to do it by slicing the mesh.
