By typing gnuplot at the prompt in Terminal.app If you get an error, try typing /usr/local/bin/gnuplot instead. If that works, you need to add /usr/local/bin to your system's search path to be able to type just gnuplot at the prompt. To do that, edit (or create if necessary) a plain text file named .bash_profile in your home directory, adding the content: PATH="/usr/local/bin:$PATH" > Is it a common app. > with a GUI? > > I have already installed Aquaterm and I'm having problems with X11 > installation (the installer prompts a message saying a newer version > of X11 is currently working, I think it's the SDK X11 but I'm not > quite sure) and when I installed GnuPlot i got a message: "Could not > find specified message for index 17" X11 SDK has nothing to do with this, you need the X11.app, check the Applications folder. /Per |
