No, but since gnuplot doesn't support skipping a part of the axis range 
in the first place, that's not exactly a major pain ;-P

If you want a broken axis, you have to do it all manually: place the 
break marks as 'set arrow ... nohead', partially in 'graph' coordinates,
transform the input data, place the ticks, everything.
