Define your own fill styles, too, in parallel with your own line styles.

linetypes are what the terminal actually supports, line styles are 
combinations of various drawing options (line type & width, point type 
and size, ...) you define yourself, as shorthand so you don't have to 
repeat long sets of options in an already rather long 'plot' command.
