[Gnuplot-info] getting data/time info into title

Is there a way to get date/time info dynamically put into the
info that gets show via "set title"?  Ideally, I'd like to do
something like set title "stuff as of %y/%d/%m %h/%m'.  Is this possible
via gnuplot?
