[Gnuplot-info] How to download and install gnuplot 4.0 on windows XP home addition?

I am a new guy to the Gnuplot 4.0. and really get confused on how to =
download and install Gnuplot 4.0 on my laptop with MS windowsXP home =
edition. I can find a step by step instruction on how to install/set up =
the software on the internet. Is there anyone who can kindly help me =
with this?--a step by step instruction is what I really need.
